Augsnes mezofaunas struktūra Engures ezera dabas parkā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba pētījums veikts Engures ezera dabas parka ekoreģionā un tā tuvākajā apkārtnē. Darbā tiek aprakstīta augsnes mezofauna un analizēta tās veidotās struktūras dažādos biotopos un to parauglaukumos, kas iekļauti ILTER (International Longt Term Ecological Research network) programmā. Bakalaura darbā iekļauta vispārīga informācija par augsnes faunu un parauglaukumos konstatētajiem mezofaunas pārstāvjiem. Pētījums ir veikts sešos biotopos. Katrā parauglaukumā noteikts mezofaunas taksonomiskais sastāvs, struktūra un tās blīvums. Bakalaura darba izstrādes laikā autore apguva augsnes mezofaunas ievākšanas un noteikšanas metodiku, kā arī ieguva zināšanas un izpratni par mezofaunas nozīmi augsnes ekoloģiskajos procesos. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām ( literatūras apskata, materiāla un metodēm, pētījuma rezultātiem un diskusijas). The bachelor’s thesis was done in “Engures ezers” Nature park and its surrounding area. Research is made on soil mesofauna diversity and its distribution in different biotops. The selected research plots are included in ILTER (International Longt Term Ecological Research network) program. The study was carried out to examine the diversity and abundance of soil mesofauna and microbial population in different habitats. The composition, diversity and abundance of soil mesofauna varied among the six biotops – 2 pine dominated boreal forests, 2 spruce-birch dominated boreal forests, 2 grassland’s. There are information included about soil mesofauna, its most abundant specimens and “Engures ezers” nature park and the surrounding vegetation. The author of the research have acquired knowledge on extraction methods of soil fauna, its taxonomical identification and distribution patterns as well as the knowledge on ecology of soil fauna. The bachelor thesis consists of 3 main parts : literature overview, materials and methods, results and discussion. There are conclusions and author's interpretation included in the bachelor thesis.
