Daudzslāņu datortomogrāfijas attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums deguna blakusdobumu izmeklējumu gadījumos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ‘’Daudzslāņu datortomogrāfijas attēlu kvalitātes izvērtējums deguna blakusdobumu izmeklējumu gadījumos’’ tika izvirzīts mērķis noskaidrot daudzslāņu datortomogrāfijas attēlu kvalitāti ietekmējošos faktorus deguna blakusdobumu izmeklējumu gadījumos. Lai sasniegtu rezultātus, darba teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta un apkopota literatūra par datortomogrāfijas metodi radioloģijā, par deguna blakusdobumu anatomiju, fizioloģiju un rentgenanatomiju. Darba pētījuma daļai tika izveidota intervija un kvalitātes kritēriju tabula un tika izvērtēti 30 deguna blakusdobumu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumi. Darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes – teorētiskās literatūras analīze, kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode - pētījumā tiek izvērtēti datortomogrāfijas attēlu ietekmējošie faktori deguna blakusdobumu izmeklējumos, kas ietekmē to anatomisko struktūru vizualizāciju un pēc tam sekojošu izvērtēšanu, un veiktas ekspertu intervijas. Darba rezultātā ir apkopota, analizēta un aprakstīta literatūra, veikts pētījums, apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti un veikti secinājumi un ieteikumi.

Selected Bachelor thesis: ‘’Multi-layer computed tomography quality criteria in case of paranasal sinuses examination’’. The objective is to check out the factors that have an effect on the quality of the images multi-layer computed tomography’s paranasal sinuses examination. To achieve the results the author analyzed and summarized the literature about the method of computed tomography in radiology, anatomy, physiology and x-ray anatomy of paranasal sinuses which composes the work’s theoretical part. The author created an interview and a chart of quality criteria and with it analyzed 30 CT examinations of paranasal sinuses. During the investigation author uses – theoretical literature analysis, qualitative research metheod – the author analyzed the factors that effected the quality of the images of the analyzed CT examinations of paranasal sinuses, which later affect the visualization of the anatomical structures and their evaluation, and performed expert interviews. As the results of the work the literature has been summarized, analyzed and described, the investigation has been done with conclusions and recommendations at the end.
