Pacientu līdzestība kolonoskopijas izmeklēšanas sagatavošanā procedūrai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: ”Pacientu līdzestība kolonoskopijas izmeklēšanas sagatavošanā procedūrai” Mūsdienās arvien plašāk tiek uzsvērta pacientu līdzestības nozīmība viņu veselības procesā, tas pamatoja dotā pētījuma tēmas izvēli un aktualitāti. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot, pacientu līdzestību sagatavošanā kolonoskopijas izmeklējumam. Mērķa sasniegšanai realizēti šādi uzdevumi: analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par māszinības teoriju; pacienta līdzestības iespējas un izvēle; izstrādāt intervijas jautājumus un veikt pacientu intervēšanu; apkopot un analizēt intervijas rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības instruments ir strukturēti intervijas jautājumi. Darba izstrādē izmantota kvalitatīvā pētīšanas metode – intervija. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj atbildēt uz pētījuma jautājumu – kas veicina pacientu līdzestību sagatavošanai kolonoskopijas izmeklējumam. Bachelor paper theme: "Patient Satisfaction for colonoscopy exam preparation procedure." The importance of patient consistency in their health is increasingly emphasized today. It justified the choice and topicality of the topic of the given research. The aim of the study: to find out the possibilities of promoting patient empowerment in preparing colonoscopy examinations. The following tasks were implemented to achieve the goal: to analyze the scientific literature on the theory of nursing; the choice of the possibility of promoting patient equity; develop interview questions and interview patients; collect and analyze the results of the interview, draw conclusions. The research tool is structured interview questions. A qualitative research method - interview was used in the work. The obtained results allow to answer the research question - what can promote the possibilities of patient's compatibility in order to obtain a more successful patient's compliance for preparation of a colonoscopy examination.
