Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - „Aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām ķirurģijas nodaļās.” Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām. Pētījuma jautājums ir: kādas ir aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar trofiskām čūlām ķirurģijas nodaļās? Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka trofisko čūlu pieaugums ķirurģijas nodaļās. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīta trofisko čūlu raksturojums, čūlu veidi, trofiskās čūlas diagnostika unprofilakse, aprūpe un aprūpes problēmu novēršana, ārstēšanas un aprūpes pasākumi. Darba pētnieciskājā daļā autore analizē un apkopo bakalaura darbam atbilstošus literatūras avotus, analizē V.Hendersones māszinību teoriju, izstrādā pētījuma instrumentu – interviju, veic kvalitatīvu datu analīzi par pētījuma iegūtiem datiem.Intervija sastāv no 15 jautājumiem. Bachelor thesis topic is „Care problems in patients with trophic ulcer in surgical departments.” The aim is to identify care problems in patients with trophic ulcers. The research question is „What are the problems is in patients with trophic ulcer in surgical departments?” This theme is topical because of the growth of the statistical data of patients with trophic ulcers. The theoretical part of the work describes the description of trophic ulcers, types of ulcers, diagnostic and profiling of trophic ulcer, care and prevention of care problems, treatment and care measures. In the practical part the author analyzes and summarizes sources of literature, analyzes V. Henderson's nursing theory, develops a research instrument - an interview, performs qualitative data analysis on the data obtained from the research.
