Pirmās klases skolēnu pašorganizācijas prasmju veicināšana mājturības stundās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir pirmās klases skolēnu pašorganizācijas prasmju veicināšana mājturības stundās. Šis darbs sastāv no satura, divām nodaļām, secinājumiem, izmantoto avotu saraksta un pielikumiem. Pētījuma mērķis - analizēt pašorganizācijas prasmju veicināšanas pedagoģiskās iespējas mājturības stundās sākumskolas pirmajā klasē. Pirmā nodaļa ir par mācību procesa īpatnībām sākumskolā. Šī nodaļa sastāv no trīs apakšnodaļām. Pirmā apakšnodaļa ir par mācību procesa būtību un komponentiem sākumskolā. Otrā apakšnodaļa ir par mācību procesa organizēšanas atbilstību pirmās klases skolēnu vecumposma attīstības īpatnībām. Trešajā apakšnodaļā ir aprakstīta pašorganizācijas prasmju būtība un raksturojums sākumskolas pirmajā klasē. Otrā nodaļa ir par pirmās klases pašorganizācijas prasmju veicināšanu mācību procesā. Šī nodaļa sastāv no divām apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā apakšnodaļā tiek aprakstīts empīriskā pētījuma bāzes un izmantoto metožu raksturojums. Otrā apakšnodaļa ir par pētījumu, tā norisi un rezultātiem. Pašorganizācija ir personības īpašība sevi mērķtiecīgi mobilizēt, aktīvi izmantot visas savas iespējas mērķu sasniegšanai, racionāli izmantojot laiku, spēkus un līdzekļus. Galvenās pašorganizācijas prasmes ir patstāvība, plānošana, atbildība un paškontrole. Pašorganizācijas prasmju attīstību var veicināt patstāvīgs darbs, praktiskā darbība, sadarbība un skolas noteikumu ievērošana. Pirmās klases sākumā lielākai daļai skolēnu ir ļoti vājas pašorganizācijas prasmes. Pa mācību gadu skolēnu pašorganizācijas prasmes būtiski uzlabojās, tās ir nedaudz augstākas par vidējo līmeni. Skolēni kļuva patstāvīgāki un organizētāki.

The subject of bachelor's work is the promotion of self-organizing skills for first-class pupils at housekeeping lesson. This work consists of content, two chapters, conclusions, list of sourcesused and attachments. The purpose of study is to analyse the pedagogical opportunities for self-organizing skills in housekeeping lesson in the first class of primary school. The first chapter is about specifities of the learning process ir primary school. This chapter consists of three sub-chapters. The first sub-chapter is the essence and components of the learning process in primary school. The second sub-chapter is the compliance of the organisation or learning process with the characteristics of the development or first-class pupils. The third sub-chapter describes the essence and characteristics of self-organization skills in the first class of primary school. The second chapter is about promoting first-class self-organizing skills in the learning process. This chapter consists of two sub-chapters. The first sub-chapter describes the characteristics of the empirical study base and the methods used. The second sub-chapter is about the study, it’s process and results. Self-organisation is a personality trait to mobilise itself, actively exploit it all opportunities for achieving goals through rational use of time, forces and resources. Basic self-organizing skills are autonomy, planning, accountability and self-control. Self-organisation skills development can be promoted by self-employment, practical activities, cooperation and compliance with school rules. At the beginning of the first class, most pupils have very weak self-organizing skills. By learning year, students’ self-organizing skills improved significantly, slightly higher than the average level. Pupils became more independent and more organized.
