Attālinātā darba ietekme uz iedzīvotāju mobilitātes izmaiņām

Abstract

Teledarbinieki ir cilvēki, kas regulāru došanos uz darbu aizstāj ar darbu mājās vai kādā citā iestādē, dokumentus pārsūtot caur internetu. Šo cilvēku pārvietošanās ir nepētīts temats Latvijā, bet citur pasaulē tam jau daudzus gadus ir pievērsta liela uzmanība pētnieku vidū. Maģistra darba "Attālinātā darba ietekme uz iedzīvotāju mobilitātes izmaiņām" mērķis ir novērtēt teledarba ietekmi uz iedzīvotāju mobilitāti, izmantojot divas, Rīgā strādājošas, respondentu grupas, no kurām viena veic teledarbu. Tiek veikta arī intervēšana, lai labāk izprastu teledarbu un iegūtu papildus viedokli no tā veicējiem. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka tāldarbam ir ietekme uz ikdienas pārvietošanās biežumu, bet tai nav būtiska nozīme uz ilgtermiņa migrāciju.

Teleworkers are people who substitute regular commuting to the workplace with working from home or any other place outside it. In past decades this has been an attractive scientific research field in the World, although, there has been barely any research done in Latvia. Therefore this is a good reason to finally conduct one. The aim of the master's thesis "The impact of telework on the tendencies of population mobility" is to evaluate the impact of telework on the population mobility- both commuting and as well as long-term. The author conducts a research study on two groups of people who work in Riga from which one of them consists of only teleworkers. Additionally, a small group of teleworkers are interviewed to get a better insight in it. The results indicate that there is an impact on commuting distance, but the author does not find any significant impact on long-term migration.
