Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Notiesāto personu nodarbinātība ieslodzījuma vietā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt notiesāto personu nodarbinātību ieslodzījuma vietā, analizēt, kā tiek iesaistīti komersanti notiesāto personu nodarbināšanā ieslodzījuma vietā un sniegt priekšlikumus prakses uzlabošanai. Kā problēmjautājumu autore formulē notiesāto personu nodarbināšanas nepieciešamību ieslodzījuma vietā un nepieciešamību vairāk iesaistīt komersantus notiesāto personu nodarbinātībā. Bakalaura darbā izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai, tiek izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1)noskaidrot resocializācijas jēdzienu un nozīmi; 2)analizēt, kāpēc ir nepieciešams nodarbināt notiesātās personas ieslodzījuma vietā; 3)izpētīt, kādas darba iespējas pastāv ieslodzījuma vietā; 4)iepazīties ar ārvalstu regulējumu; 5)noskaidrot, kā tiek iesaistīti komersanti ieslodzījuma vietās; 6)uzzināt, kādi komersanti šobrīd veic komercdarbību ieslodzījuma vietās. Izstrādājot bakalaura darbu, autore analizē notiesāto personu nodarbinātību ieslodzījuma vietā un komersanta iesaistīšanu notiesāto personu nodarbināšanā. Autore sniedz priekšlikums pastāvošā regulējuma izmaiņām, kā arī priekšlikumus prakses uzlabošanai, lai panāktu, ka pēc iespējas vairāk notiesāto personu tiktu nodarbinātas un piesaistītu komersantus iesaistīties notiesāto personu nodarbināšanā. The theme of the Bachelor paper is „Employment of people who are sentenced to imprisonment”. The aim of the Bachelor paper is to explore employment of people who are sentenced to imprisonment, analyze how merchants involved in the employment of people who are sentenced to imprisonment and make proposals to improve practice. As a problem the author formulates the need to employ people who are sentenced to imprisonment and the need involve more merchants in the employment of people who are sentenced to imprisonment. To achieve the aim, the following tasks were pointed out: 1)to find out the definition and meaning of the concept of re-socialization; 2)to analyze, why it is necessary to employ people who are sentenced to imprisonment; 3)to investigate what job oppurtunities exist in prison; 4)get acquainted with foreign regulations; 5)to find out how merchants are involved in prison; 6)to find out which merchants currently carries on business in prison. The author analyze employment of people who are sentenced to imprisonment and involvment of the merchants in the employment of people who are sentenced to imprisonment. The author presents a proposals for changes to existing regulation and proposals to improve practice, to achieve that more people who are sentenced to imprisonment would be employed and to attract more merchants take part in the employment of people who are sentenced to imprisonment.
