Latvijas Republikas Civillikums tika pieņemts 1937.gadā, taču Civillikums ir tikai minimāli modernizēts un attīstīts kopā ar citu valstu tiesībām. Arī tiesiskās aizsardzības līdzekļi Civillikumā faktiski nav mainīti un joprojām ir aktuāla Civillikuma Saistību tiesību daļas modernizācija. Darba autore apraksta Civillikumā ietvertos būtiskākos tiesiskās aizsardzības līdzekļus un salīdzina tos ar tiesiskās aizsardzības līdzekļiem citu valstu likumos un ES ietvaros esošajiem privāttiesību unifikācijas darbiem. Darba mērķis ir veidot dziļāku izpratni par būtiskāko tiesiskās aizsardzības līdzekļu piemērošanas īpatnībām. Bakalaura darbā ir analizēta civiltiesiskā atbilstība, citi būtiskākie tiesiskās aizsardzības līdzekļi, kā arī aizsardzības līdzekļi, ko var izmantot tiesību pārkāpējs. Darbā izmantota salīdzinošā metode, kur tikušas salīdzinātas starptautiskā un nacionālā līmeņa normas. Atslēgvārdi: civiltiesiskie aizsardzības līdzekļi, civiltiesiskā atbildība, tiesības prasīt līguma izpildi, tiesības uz cenas samazinājumu, tiesības grozīt līguma saturu. Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia was adopted in 1937 but is has been minimally modernized and developed in context with the rights of other countries. Means of legal protection in the Civil Law have not been changed in fact and modernisation of the Civil Law Commitment Rights Act remains topical. The author of the work describes the included in Civil Law most essential means of legal protection and compares them with the same in laws of other countries and the existent in EU frame works of private rights unification. Aim of the work is to form deeper understanding on peculiarities of application of the most essential means of legal protection. In Bachelor work there are civil compliance, other most important means of legal protection analysed; also means of protection that can be used by right breachers. Comparative method is used in work where international and national level norms are compared. Key words: means of civil protection, civil liability, right to require contract enforcement, right to price reduction, right to amend contract content.
