Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Operāciju māsu veselību ietekmējošie darba vides riska faktori. Darba vide, kurā operāciju māsas atrodas diendienā, ir specifiska ar savu ritmu, telpu un zināšanām, kas nepieciešamas operāciju māsai, lai kvalitatīvi veiktu savus pienākumus. Līdz ar to ir būtiski, ka operāciju māsa apzinās riska faktorus, ko nes līdzi vide, kurā tā strādā. Ja šie faktori tiek atstāti bez pienācīgas uzmanības, laika gaitā tie var radīt sekas, kas ietekmēs māsas veselību un līdz ar to arī darba spējas. Tieši šī iemesla dēļ autore uzskata, ka tēma ir aktuāla, lai veiktu pētījumu. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot operāciju māsu veselību ietekmējošos darba vides riska faktorus. Pētniecības uzdevums - apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par operāciju māsu veselību ietekmējošajiem darba vides riska faktoriem. izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - anketu, apkopot un analizēt aptaujas rezultātus, un izstrādāt secinājumus. Darbā izvirzīta hipotēze - bioloģiskie darba vides riska faktori visvairāk ietekmē operāciju māsu veselību. Pētniecības darbā izvirzītā hipotēze ir daļēji apstiprināta, jo, apkopojot anketas datus, vairākums respondentu kā svarīgāko darba vides riska faktoru atzīmēja ergonomisko riska faktoru, savukārt bioloģiskie riska faktori ir atzīmēti kā otrie svarīgākie darba vides riska faktori, kas visvairāk var ietekmēt operāciju māsas veselību. Pētniecības instruments: Strukturēta anketa. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīva.

Bachelor Thesis - Occupational risk factors affecting the health of Operating Room (OR) nurses. The work environment of an Operating Room nurse is a specific environment demanding, specific knowledge of routines and procedures, to execute the role and responsibility entrusted to an acceptable standard of quality. Procedures involve the care for patients before, during and after surgery. Therefore, it is essential that Operating Room Nurses are aware of the health and safety risks posed by the environment that they are working in. If these factors are ignored or left without proper attention, they could have serious consequences on the Operating Room nurse’s health, which will directly affect their ability to deliver quality health care. In light of the afore mentioned, the author believes that the chosen bachelor thesis is very important and relevant to the current situation and hopes that the research results will contribute in better awareness and working conditions for Operating Room nurses. The aim of the research is to identify occupational risk factors affecting the health of Operating Room nurses. This was done by collecting and analysing scientific literature on occupational risk factors affecting the health of OR nurses and by developing a research tool - survey - by way of a questionnaire, which data could be collated and analysed, giving results from which conclusions could be drawn. The hypothesis put forward by this research: Biological risk factors have the greatest health impact on Operation Room nurses in their work environment. The research hypothesis is confirmed to a degree by the questionnaire survey results, as the majority of respondents indicate ergonomic risk factors as the highest occupational risk factor, while exposure to biological risk factors have been identified as the second highest occupational risk factor that can influence the health of Operation Room nurses.
