Pašaprūpes novērtējums pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu

Abstract

Liāna Oščenkova ir izstrādājusi maģistra darbu par tēmu „Pаšарrūреѕ nοvērtēјumѕ расiеntiеm аr rеimаtοīdο аrtrītu”. Darbs sastāv no 116 lapaspusēm, 27 attēliem un 4 pielikumiem. Darba mērķis - noskaidrot, kādas pašaprūpes iespējas un palīglīdzekļu izmantošanas iespējas ir pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu. Izvirzītā darba hipotēze: pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu ikdienas aprūpe ir nepieciešami palīglīdzekļi un citu personu palīdzība. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. Darbs sastāv no divām sadaļām teorētiskās un pētnieciskās. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no piecām nodaļām. Tajās tika apskatīts reimatoīdais artrīts, tā etioloģija un patoģenēze, klīniѕkāѕ izраuѕmеѕ, ārstēšanās mērķi un terapija, rеimаtοīdā аrtrītа расiеntu арrūре sīkāk tiks apskatīts - pасiеntа iеѕаiѕtībа арrūрē un rеhаbilitāсiјаѕ viеtа rеimаtοīdā аrtrītа ārѕtēšаnā, invaliditāte pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artītu sīkāk tiks apskatīts – invaliditātes veidi un cilvēki ar invaliditāti ratiņkrēslā, kā arī cilvēki ar kustību traucējumiem. Pētniecības sadaļa sastāv no divām nodaļām. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode – anketēšana. Strukturētajā anketā, tika iekļauti jautājumi par pašaprūpes iespējām un palīglīdzekļu izmantošanu pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu, pamatojoties uz zinātniskās literatūras apskatā iegūtajiem datiem. Darbā tika izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti.

Liāna Oščenkova has developed the master's thesis on the subject "The assessment of self-care for patients with rheumatoid artritis". The paper consists of 116 pages, 27 images and 4 annexes. The aim of the paper is to find out what self-care possibilities and aids are available for the patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The hypothesis of the paper: the patients with rheumatoid arthritis need in their daily care special aids and help from other people. The proposed hypothesis has been confirmed. The paper consists of two chapters - theoretical and research part. The theoretical part consists of five sub-chapters. There, rheumatoid arthritis, its etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, treatment objectives and therapy have been described, the care of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis will be discussed in more detail – patient involvement in the care and rehabilitation place for medical treatment of the rheumatoid arthritis, disability in patients with rheumatoid arthritis will be described in more detail - different types of disability and people with disability in wheelchair, as well as the people with motion dysfunctions. The research chapter consists of two sub-chapters. During the research, the quantitative research method – questionnaire has been used. The structured questionnaire included questions about self-care possibilities and the use of aids by the patients with rheumatoid arthritis, based on the findings of the scientific literature review. 33 literature sources have been used in the paper.
