Būvniecības nozares uzņēmumu attīstības problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir Būvniecības nozares uzņēmumu attīstības problēmas Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir identificēt nozares attīstību traucējošos faktorus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus nozares attīstības veicināšanai. Bakalaura darba pirmajā un otrajā nodaļā ir apskatīti vairāki Latvijas būvniecības nozares rādītāji, tajā skaitā nozares attīstības prognozes, tos salīdzinot gan ar citām ES valstīm, gan citu Latvijas tautsaimniecības nozaru griezumā. Trešajā nodaļā ir veikta galveno nozares attīstību ietekmējošo aspektu analīze, izmantojot dažādas pētniecības metodes, kā arī autora veiktās būvuzņēmumu aptaujas rezultātu analīze. Darba autors izdara secinājumus par būvniecības nozares pašreizējo stāvokli, nosaka nozares attīstību negatīvi ietekmējošo faktorus un izstrādā priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Darbs sastāv no 72 lapām, 8 tabulām, 34 attēliem, 48 izmantotās literatūras un citiem avotiem,1 pielikuma.

The name of the bachelor’s Thesis is: Development problems of the companies operating in Latvian construction sector. The aim of the Thesis is to identify factors that hamper the development of the sector and to develop proposals to promote its further growth. In the first and second sections of the Thesis, numerous key figures of the Latvian construction sector are reviewed, including industry development forecasts, comparing those to the both,other EU countries as well as the other sectors of Latvian economy. In the third section, an analysis of the main aspects affecting the development of the sector, using different research methods, as well as an analysis of the results of the construction companies survey conducted by the author, has been carried out. The author of the Thesis draws conclusions on the present situation in the construction sector, identifies the factors that have a negative impact on the development of the sector and draws up proposals to address it. The Thesis consists of 72 pages, 8 tables, 34 pictures, 48 used literature and other sources, 1 Annex.
