Skolu tīkla optimizācijas iespējas Vecpiebalgas novadā

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “Skolu tīkla optimizācijas iespējas Vecpiebalgas novadā”. Darba mērķis ir, izpētot demogrāfiskos aspektus reģionā, izvērtējot pedagoģiskā procesa kvalitāti un izglītības iestāžu ekonomiskos rādītājus, balstoties uz izpētes un analīzes rezultātā iegūtiem oriģināliem kvantitatīviem un kvalitatīviem datiem, izstrādāt ieteikumus Vecpiebalgas novada izglītības iestāžu tīkla sakārtošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. 1.nodaļā ir teorētiskās literatūras analīze par skolu tīkla optimizzēšanas nepieciešamību, izglītības kvalitāti un novērtēšanu, skolotāju darba kvalitātes novērtēšanu, skolu reorganizācijas iespējām un skolu tīkla optimizāciju Igaunijā. 2.nodaļā aplūkotas mazās lauku skolas, skolu tīkla optimizācijas nepieciešamība reģionos un analizēti lauku skolēnu vidējie sasniegumi SSNP 2009 – 2012 – 2015 pētījumos. 3.nodaļa ir praktiskā nodaļa, kurā analizēti Vecpiebalgas novada pašvaldībā un skolās iegūtie dati un izteikti ieteikumi Vecpiebalgas novada skolu tīkla sakārtošanai.

The title of this Master’s Thesis is “Possibilities of school network optimization in Vecpiebalga district”. The aim of this thesis is to develop suggestions for the betterment of educational facilities in the Vecpiebalga district based on demographic factors, the quality of the teaching process, the financial circumstances of the facilities and both quantitative and qualitative original data gathered through analysis and research. The Master’s Thesis contains 3 chapters. The first chapter is based on the analysis of theoretical literature about the necessity of the optimization of the school network, quality of education and grading, evaluating the capabilities of teachers, the possibilities of reorganizing schools and the optimization of the school network in Estonia. The second chapter observes the small rural schools, the necessity of the optimization of the school network in these regions and the results shown by rural students during PISA 2009 – 2012 – 2015 research. The third chapter is a practical chapter in which analysis of the data gathered within the Vecpiebalga district municipality and schools is conducted and suggestions for the improvement of the Vecpiebalga rural school system are put forth.
