Regulatory framework for civilian drones regarding privacy and data protection under EU law

Abstract

The thesis analyzes the current regulation and legislation for drones and till what extend does this regulation protect the right to privacy and data. For the last decade people have become more careful about their privacy and data protection and with the rise of drones, this topic has become active, because drone technologies challenge these rights.
