Bakalaura darba “SIA “Lāči” ieiešanas stratēģijas Portugāles tirgū” mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz SIA “Lāči” ieiešanas iespēju Portugāles tirgū, izpētīt un izstrādāt uzņēmumam atbilstošus ieteikumus. Bakalaura teorētiskajā nodaļā ir atspoguļota tirgus izvēles process, ieiešanas stratēģiju veidi un mārketinga vide. Analītiskajā nodaļā ir veikta analīze par Portugāles tirgu, balstoties uz teorijā apkopoto informāciju. Praktiskajā nodaļā izveidota aptaujas anketa un intervijas. Darba apjoms ir 74 lapaspuse, tajā ir 14 attēli, 3 tabulas un 3 pielikumi.

In Bachelor “SIA “Lāči” entry strategies in Portugal market” main objective is to explore and to develop appropriate recommendations to the company, based on SIA “Lāči” entry possibility in Portugal market. The theoretical part of the Bachelor reflects the process of the market choice, types of entry strategies and marketing environment. The analytical part analyses the Portuguese market based on the gathered information in the theory. In the practical part were created a questionnaire and interviews. The amount of work are 74 pages, which includes 14 pictures, 3 tables and 3 attachments.
