Pētījuma rezultāti pierāda to, ka starp dažādu paaudžu noteicošajiem faktoriem darba vidē pastāv gan kopsakarības, gan atšķirības. Personālvadības speciālisti un darba devēji izprot darbinieku motivācijas būtību un nepieciešamību, taču nepievērš pietiekamu uzmanību dažādu paaudžu atšķirīgajiem motivācijas faktoriem, pilnībā neizmantojot paaudžu atšķirību priekšrocības darba vidē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 83 lappuses, iekļaujot 18 attēlus, 12 tabulas, 6 pielikumus. Bakalaura darba beigās tiek izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi. The topic of bachelor thesis is " Motivation of X, Y and Z generation within the workplace and its impact on organization’s motivation strategy". The aim of the thesis is to find out whether there are significant differences between the determinative factors of motivation among different generations and how these differences affect the organization's motivation strategy. The results of the research showed that there are both interactions and differences between the determinants of different generations within the workplace. Human resource specialists and employers understand the essence and necessity of employee motivation within the organization. However, there is not enough attention paid to the different motivation factors of different generations, therefore employers have lack of ability to fully excercise the benefits of generational differences in the work environment. Bachelor Thesis consists of 83 pages including 18 images, 12 tables and 6 appendices. At the end of the thesis the main conclusions and proposals are pointed out.
