Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums - SIA “EVOLUTION GAMING LATVIA” darbinieku apmācības plāna izstrāde. Cilvēkresursu vadība ir nozīmīga visos faktoros, kuri ir saistīti ar cilvēku nodarbināšanu, pārvaldīšanu un viņu apmācību organizācijā. Efektīva personāla apmācība un labi apmācīts personāls ļauj uzņēmumam strādāt efektīvi, papališāties un augt. Uzņēmuma konkurētspēja lielā mērā ir atkarīga no tā, cik kompetenti ir uzņēmuma darbinieki. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aplūkot apmācības struktūru un izstrādāt SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia” darbinieku apmācības plānu. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: 1. Teorētiski izanalizēt literatūras avotus par darbinieku apmācību. 2. Raksturot SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia” esošu apmācības struktūru. 3. Veikt pētījumu par SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia” darbinieku apmierinātību ar kompānijas esošiem apmācības procesiem. 4. Izstrādāt SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia” darbinieku apmācības plānu. 5. Veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia” darbinieku apmācības pilnveidošanai. Lai novērtētu uzņēmuma stratēģisko attīstību tika īstenoti uzdevumi: iekšējās darbības analīze, aptauja starp uzņēmuma topošiem darbiniekiem un pieredzējušiem. Evolution Gaming uzņēmums ir veiksmīgs un šobrīd attīstās pat ārzemēs, taču, neskatoties uz to, lielākā daļa darbinieku nav apmierināti ar pašreizējo apmācību struktūru. Tāpēc tika noskaidrots, kas tieši pietrūkst efektīvam apmācības plānam un ko ir nepieciešams uzlabot. Darba apjoms ir 77 lapas, darbā ir ievietoti 14 attēli, 3 tabulas un 4 pielikumi.

The title of the bachelor thesis is the development of a training plan for the employees of “EVOLUTION GAMING LATVIA” Ltd. Human resource management is important in all factors related to the employment, management and training of people in the organization. Effective staff training and well-trained staff enable the company to work efficiently, to hang out and grow. The competitiveness of a company depends to a large extent on the competence of its employees. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to look at the structure of the training and to develop a training plan for the employees of SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia”. Bachelor Thesis Tasks: 1. To theoretically analyze literature sources on employee training. 2. To describe the existing training structure of “Evolution Gaming Latvia” Ltd. 3. To carry out a study on the satisfaction of the employees of SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia” with the existing training processes of the company. 4. Develop a training plan for the employees of Evolution Gaming Latvia. 5. To make conclusions and make proposals for training of employees of SIA “Evolution Gaming Latvia”. In order to evaluate the company's strategic development, tasks were implemented: internal activity analysis, survey among the company's future employees and experienced. The Evolution Gaming company is successful and is currently developing even abroad, but despite this, most employees are not satisfied with the current training structure. Therefore, what was lacking in an effective training plan and what needs to be improved was clarified. The work consists of 77 pages, 14 pictures, 3 tables and 4 attachments.
