Abstract
Atslēgas vārdi: policikliskie aromātiskie ogļūdeņraži, benzo(a)pirēns, gāzu
hromatogrāfija – masspektrometrija, ultra augstefektīvā šķidruma hromatogrāfija –
tandēma masspektrometrija.
ANNOTATION Promotion work belongs to the chemical science of analytical chemistry subdivision. In promotion work is developed a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) detection method with improved method selectivity and sensitivity, as well as increased laboratory capacity, saving used reagents and the sample preparation time. In work explored the most appropriate markers for PAH in smoked food (meat and fish products), developed sample preparation method and studied PAH detection by gas chromatograph – high resolution mass spectrometer and ultra performance liquid chromatograph – tandem mass spectrometer. The developed method analysis time is shorter and it increases the daily amount of analysed samples. Key words: polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, benzo(a)pyrene, gas chromatography – mass spectrometry, ultra performance liquid chromatography – tandem mass spectrometry.
