dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par patērētāju uzvedību un to ietekmējošiem faktoriem, kā arī uz Latvijas iedzīvotāju un ekspertu aptauju, noskaidrot, kādi faktori ietekmē uztura bagātinātāju patēriņu, lai izdarītu secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus uzņēmējiem mārketinga komunikācijas pilnveidošanai, valsts iestādēm neobjektīvas un maldinošas informācijas ierobežošanai un patērētāju izglītošanai. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļā tiek analizēti patērētāju uzvedības teorētiskie aspekti, to ietekmējošie faktori, kā arī mārketinga stimuli - cena, prece, sadales kanāli un komunikācija patērētāju uzvedības kontekstā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts Latvijas uztura bagātinātāju tirgus, likumdošanas īpatnības, kas ierobežo mārketinga komunikāciju ar patērētājiem un tirgus subjektu komunikācija no informācijas objektivitātes aspekta. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta Latvijas iedzīvotāju un ekspertu aptaujas rezultātu analīze. Darba izstrādāšanas gaitā tika izmantotas grāmatas, zinātniskie raksti par faktoriem, kas ietekmē patērētāju uzvedību attiecībā uz uztura bagātinātāju lietošanu citās valstīs, statistikas dati, kā arī internet resursi. dc.description.abstract | The goal of master thesis is to realize the factors that influence consumption of dietary supplements, to draw the conclusions and put forward proposals for entrepreneurs to improve marketing communications, for state institutions to limit biased and misleading information and educate consumers. Thesis is based on the theoretical conclusions about consumer behaviour and factors affecting them, as well as on surveys of experts and Latvian residents. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter analyzes theoretical aspects of consumer behavior, factors affecting them, as well as marketing stimuli - price, product, distribution and communications in the context of consumer behaviour. The second chapter deals with the Latvian dietary supplement market, the specifics of legislation that restrict marketing communications with consumers and communication of market entities from the aspect of information objectivity. The third chapter analyzes the results of the survey of Latvian residents and experts. The work consists of 97, pages, contains 18 tables, 18 images. Books, scientific articles on factors influencing consumer behavior regarding the use of dietary supplements in other countries, statistical data, and Internet resources were used during the development of the work.
