Programmatūras lietojumkvalitātes metrikas un testēšanas veidi

Abstract

Darba mērķis bija izpētīt ISO/IEC 25022 standarta lietojumkvalitātes atribūtu metrikas un veidus, kā varētu veikt testēšanu dažādajiem lietojumkvalitātes atribūtiem, kā arī izpētīt to popularitāti interneta vietnēs starp zinātniskajiem rakstiem un starp bloga rakstiem. Ir apkopota informācija par izmantojamajām testēšanas metodēm un nepieciešamo datu ieguves veidiem. Darbā ir izpētīti lietojumkvalitātes atribūtu testēšanas veidi un pielietojamās metrikas programmatūras lietojumkvalitātes novērtēšanai. Ir tikusi iegūta statistika popularitātes pieaugumam gan zinātniskajos avotos, gan bloga rakstos galvenajiem lietojumkvalitātes atribūtiem – rezultativitāte, efektivitāte, apmierinātība, riskbrīvība un kontekstu pārklājums – un to apakšatribūtiem.

The aim of the thesis was to research ISO/IEC 25022 standard quality in use attribute metrics and the ways in which the testing can be done for different attributes of quality in use as well as to research their popularity in internet sites between scientific articles and blog articles. Information has been gathered about the usable testing methods and the required data collection methods. In the thesis research has been carried out on the quality in use attribute testing methods and the usable metrics for software quality in use grading. There have been statistics acquired for the popularity growth in both scientific articles and blog articles of the most important quality in use attributes – effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, freedom from risk and context coverage – and their subattributes.
