Detālplānojumu izstrāde Pierīgā

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt līdzšinējo detālplānojumu izstrādes un īstenošanas praksi Pierīgā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidei. Darbā vērtēti triju Pierīgas novadu: Ķekavas, Babītes un Mārupes teritorijas plānošanas dokumenti attiecībā uz detālplānojumu izstrādi, darbā pēc noteiktiem kritērijiem raksturoti un analizēti minētajās Pierīgas pašvaldībās dažādos laika posmos izstrādātie detālplānojumi un to īstenošana, un ietekme uz pašvaldību attīstību. Galvenie maģistra darba rezultāti ir darba noslēgumā sniegtie priekšlikumi detālplānošanas prakses uzlabošanai, kā arī secinājumi.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to evaluate practice of current detail planning production and implementation in counties of Riga area and prepare suggestions for its development. In this Master's theses are evaluated three counties of Riga area - Ķekava, Babīte and Mārupe, documents of their teritorial planning in connection to development of detail planning. It this work by defined criteria had been characterized and analysed detail plans in local governments of counties of Riga area made in different time periods, its implementation and influence on development of each local government. Main results of this Master's theses are given as proposals at the end of this work - how to improve practices of detail planning and conclusions of this work.
