Šajā maģistra darbā autore veic studiju kursā “Starpkultūru projekti” īstenota grupas tulkojuma rediģēšanu un analīzi. Projektā piedalījās Profesionālās maģistra programmas “Rakstiskā tulkošana” 3. semestra studenti: deviņi tulkotāji, trīs redaktori, viens terminologs un viens projekta vadītājs. Darbā tiek aplūkotas trīs tulkojuma versijas: nerediģēti tulkotāju iesniegtie tulkojumi – apkopotas un analizētas dažādas kļūdas (drukas, pareizrakstības, gramatikas, stila kļūdas) –, trīs redaktoru rediģētie tulkojumi – tiek analizēts, vai redaktoriem ir izdevies tulkojumā novērst “tulkotāja klātbūtni” –, un izdarīti secinājumi par tulkojuma galīgo versiju ar projekta vadītāja veiktajiem labojumiem maģistra darba autores redakcijā. Maģistra darbā ir secināts, ka grupu tulkojumos, it īpaši, ja tos rediģē vairāki redaktori, tiek pieļauts vairāk kļūdu: trūkst konsekvences terminu tulkojumos, dažādās teksta daļās var atšķirties teksta noformējums, pieturzīmju lietojums un vietām var būt jūtama dažādu tulkotāju “klātbūtne”, ņemot vērā grupas dalībnieku atšķirīgo izglītību (specializāciju), pieredzi, stilu un izteiksmes veidu. In this Master's thesis, the author edits and analyzes a group translation carried out in a study course “Intercultural Projects”. Students of the 3rd semester of the Professional Master’s in Written Translation program participated in the project: nine translators, three editors, one terminologist and one project manager. Three versions of the work are considered: unedited translations submitted by translators – various errors (print, spelling, grammar, style errors) –, translations edited by three editors – analyzed whether editors have succeeded to eliminate “translator’s presence” – and conclusions are drawn on the final version of the translation with the corrections made by the project manager and in edition of the author. In this work it’s concluded that in group translations, especially when edited by multiple editors, there are more errors: lack of consistency in translations of terms, different parts of the text may be differently formatted, punctuation marks can differ and in some parts of the text a “presence” of different translators may be felt, taking into account the different education (specialization), experience, style and expression of the group members.
