Darbā tiek aprakstīti novecojošas sabiedrības veidošanās cēloņi un situācija pasaulē, īpaši Japānā. Atspoguļojot vēsturisko un esošo situāciju, kā arī valdības risinājumu meklējumus, tiek apskatīta iespējamā sabiedrības nākotne. Darba mērķis ir sniegt nelielu ieskatu Japānas novecojošās sabiedrības rašanās iemeslos, censties izprast, kā izveidojusies šāda situācija, un saprast, cik efektīvi ir risinājumi. Aprakstīti Japānas valdības centieni valstiskā līmenī risināt sabiedrības atražošanas problēmu, un kā tas ir ietekmējis valsts labklājības attīstības virzienu. Darbā tiek apskatīta Japānas novecojošās sabiedrības situācija no vēsturiskā, kultūrvēsturiskā, tradīciju un labklājības aspekta. Aprakstīti Japānas valdības risinājumu meklējumi, sākot no dzimstības krīzes pēc Otrā pasaules kara līdz mūsdienām, kā arī sociālie risinājumi esošās novecojošās sabiedrības labklājības līmeņa uzturēšanai un ilgdzīves nodrošināšanai. The work describes problems that generally result in an aging Worldwide and especially in Japanese society. Reflecting the historical and current situation as well as the search for government solutions, the future of the society is being considered. The aim of the work is to provide a small insight into the causes of the aging of the Japanese aging society and to try to understand how the situation has developed and how effective the solutions are. The Japanese government's efforts to solve the problem of public reproduction at the national level are described, and how it has influenced the direction of the development of the country's welfare. The thesis examines the situation of Japan's aging society from a historical, cultural, historical and welfare perspective. Describing the Government of Japan's political search for solutions, since the birth crisis after the Second World War to the present day, as well as social solutions to maintain the welfare level of an aging society and to ensure longevity.
