Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Izdegšanas sindroma riski un to profilakse operāciju māsas pamatspecialitātē”. Bakalaura darba tēma izvēlēta, balstoties uz problēmas aktualitāti pasaulē. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot izdegšanas sindroma riski un to profilakse operāciju māsas pamatspecialitātē. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Aprakstīt Ņumanes veselības aprūpes sistēmas teoriju saistībā ar darba tēmu. 2.Veikt literatūras analīzi. 3.Pētīt iegūtos rezultātus. 4.Veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi. 5.Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt rekomendācijas. Pētījuma hipotēze – būtiskie izdegšanas sindroma riski operāciju māsas pamatspecialitātē ir fiziskā un emocionālā pārslodze, kā arī saskarsmes grūtības ar kolēģiem un to profilakses neievērošana. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīva. Pētniecības instruments: aptaujas anketa. Anketēšanā piedalījās 74 operāciju māsas ar dažādu darba stāžu. Pētījums parādīja, ka operāciju māsu darbs ir saistīts ar lielu smagu fizisku slodzi un ar lielu emocionālu pārspriegumu, ka puse no operāciju māsām nevar pārvarēt emocionālās problēmas, kas saistītas ar darbu. Iegūtie rezultāti norāda, ka māsām nav zināšanu par profilaktiskiem pasākumiem, pašregulāciju un stresa pārvarēšanu. Izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. Bachelor's work theme – “Risks of Burnout Syndrome and Their Prevention in the Core Specialty of Surgery Nurses”. Subject qualification work has been chosen based on the relevance of the problem in the world. The aim of the work was to identify burnout syndrome risks and to prevent them in nurses with the specialty of surgery nurses. Research assignments: 1.To describe the Neuman system about nursing care theory in connection with the theme of the work. 2.Maken an analysis of the literature. 3.To study the obtained results. 4.Make the analysis and summarize the obtained results. 5.Draw conclusions and develop recommendations. Hypothesis of research – significant risks of burnout syndrome in the core specialty of surgical nurses, physical and emotional strain, as well as difficulties in communicating with colleagues and non-compliance with prevention. The research data were obtained using a quantitative research method - questionnaire. Research method – quantitative. Research tool: the questionnaire survey. The survey was attended by 74 surgery nurses with different length of service. Research has shown: the study showed that the work of surgical nurses is associated with heavy physical activity and high emotional upheaval; that half of the surgical nurses cannot overcome the emotional problems associated with work. The results indicate that sisters are not aware of prevention, self-regulation and stress management. The hypothesis was confirmed.
