Sievietes reprezentācijas salīdzinājums animācijas filmās Cinderella (1950) un Moana (2016)

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Sievietes reprezentācijas salīdzinājums animācijas filmās Cinderella (1950) un Moana (2016)” ir pētījums par sievietes vēsturiskajām un mūsdienu lomu reprezentācijām animācijas filmās. Pētījuma mērķis ir izzināt sievietes reprezentatīvos atveidojumus, animācijas filmās „Cinderella” un „Moana”. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, darbā tika izmantotas kvalitatīvās pētījuma metodes un veikta animācijas filmu „Cinderella” un “Moana” semiotiskā un naratīvā analīze. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka sievietes atveidojums animācijas filmās „Moana” un „Cinderella” ir atkarīgs no konkrēto sieviešu un vīriešu tēlu perspektīvas, kā arī – kopējā stāstījuma konteksta un tā mērķiem, tomēr visbiežāk sieviete tiek raksturota caur drosmi, neatlaidību, ticību labajam, empātiju un līdzcietību.

Bachelor's Thesis “Comparison of female representation in animation films Cinderella (1950) and Moana (2016)” is a study of women's historical and contemporary role representations in animated films. The aim of the research is to investigate the types of female representations depicted in animated movies “Cinderella” and “Moana”. In order to achieve the goal of the study, qualitative research methods – semiotic and narrative analysis, of the movies "Cinderella" and "Moana" were used and conducted. The results of the study indicate that the representations of female characters and roles in animated movies "Moana" and "Cinderella" depend on the perspective of the specific image of women and men – it’s context and goal,however, the women are most often characterized through courage, perseverance, faith in good, empathy and compassion.
