Darba vides riski un preventīvie pasākumi starptautiskajos autopārvadājumos

Abstract

Maģistra darba apjoms ir 82 lappuses, darbā iekļautas 12 tabulas, 26 attēli, 9 pielikumi, izmantoti 82 bibliogrāfiskais avoti. Darbs izklāstīts trijās nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā analizēta autotransporta nozares attīstība Latvijā un apkopoti un analizēti darba aizsardzības sistēmu reglamentējošie normatīvie akti, analizēta un izvērtēta latviešu un ārzemju avoti par nozīmīgākiem darba vides riskiem transporta nozarē, aktualitātēm un specifiskajiem apstākļiem Latvijā. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija, sniegts darbā izmantoto metožu apraksts un pamatota to izmantošanas nepieciešamība pētījumā, ka arī pētīti darba vides riska faktori autopārvadājumos un veikta to komparatīvā analīze Latvijā, detalizēti izvērtējot SIA “Karlo transports” darba vides riska faktorus, pamatojoties gan uz dokumentu analīzi, gan nozarē strādājošo domas apkopojumu un analīzi, novērtēta rezultātu atbilstība izvirzītajai problēmai un pieņemtajai hipotēzei. Trešajā nodaļā detalizēti tika izvērtēti traumatisma riska faktoru specifika. Darba nobeigumā pamatojoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem aptaujas rezultātiem, statistikas izvērtēšanu un dokumentu analīzi, aprakstīti zinātniski pamatoti preventīvie un aizsardzības pasākumi autokravu iekraušanas un izkraušanas procesā konstatēto problēmu risināšanā. Darbs noslēdzas ar secinājumiem un praktiskām rekomendācijām.

The thesis contains three chapters. The first chapter discusses analysed literature of transport industry in Latvia and summarises regulatory enactments of working protection systems, Latvian and foreign literature sources about the most important working environment risks in the road transport industry, current events and specific conditions in Latvia have been analysed and discussed. The second chapter describes the research methodology of the research used in the work and justifies their importance for the research of 3 risk factor assessment the road transport sector and comparative analysis in Latvia, based on the detailed assessment of “Karlo transports” Ltd. working environment risk factors, based on document analysis and the analysis and analysis of the thoughts of the people working in the field, the compliance of the results with the set problem and the accepted hypothesis is evaluated. In the third chapter the specifics of the traumatic risk factors were examined in detail. The end of the thesis, based on the results of the survey, statistical evaluation and analysis of documents, the scientifically justified preventive and protective measures in solving the problems found during the loading and unloading process of the cargo carriages are described.
