Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Izpirkuma tiesība un tās realizācijas problēmas”. Autors maģistra darbā pētīja izpirkuma tiesības, kuras regulētas Civillikuma septītajā nodaļā. Maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt izpirkuma tiesības būtību un analizēt tās realizācijas problēmas. Šī maģistra darba izstrādē tika analizēti normatīvie akti un judikatūra, kā rezultātā tika secināts, ka Latvijā spēkā esošajā izpirkuma tiesības regulējumā ir nepilnības, tāpēc nepieciešams veikt izmaiņas likumā, kas uzlabotu izpirkuma tiesības realizāciju.

The topic of the given master is “Redemption rights and problems of realization”. In this work author researches redemption rights which are regulated by the seventh chapter of Civil law. The objective of the master was to research the essentials of redemption rights and to analyze the problems of it’s realization. The author came to a conclusion that there are flaws in the legislation that need to be fixes by making changes it the legislation to minimize the realization of redemption rights.
