Darba vides riska faktoru un stresa ietekme uz Liepājas aptiekā strādājošo farmaceitu darba spējām

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir pētīti darba vides riska faktori un stresa ietekme uz farmaceitiem, un to saistība ar nodarbināto darbspējām. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par farmaceitu profesiju, kā arī ergonomiskiem un psihosociāliem riskiem. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā veikta iegūto rezultātu apkopošana un analīze. Literatūras analīze liecina, ka farmaceiti, kuri strādā aptiekā, pakļauti daudzveidīgiem darba vides risku faktoriem (fiziskiem, ergonomiskiem, psihosociāliem). Maģistra darbā, tika izmantotas Eiropā populāras darba vides risku un stresa līmeņu, novērtēšanas metodes. Iegūtie rezultāti uzrāda, ka farmaceitus, darbā, vairāk ietekmē psihosociālie, psihoemocionālie un ergonomiskie darba vides riski. Secināts, ka farmaceitu darba spējas radītāji mainās, atbilstoši darba vides risku ietekmei. Darba noslēgumā daļā tika veikti secinājumi un izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas darba stresa un ergonomisko risku ietekmes samazināšanai.

In the master's thesis, work environment risk factors and the impact of stress on pharmacists have been studied, and their relation to the workability. The work consists of three parts. The first part summarizes and analyzes literature on the profession of pharmacist, as well as ergonomic and psychosocial risks. The second part describes the methods used in the study, while the third part summarizes and analyzes the results obtained. Literature analysis shows, that pharmacists working in a pharmacy are exposed to a variety of work environment risks (physical, ergonomic, psychosocial). Methods of estimating workplace risks and stress levels, which are popular in European studies, are used in the master’s thesis. The results show that pharmacists, at work, are more affected by psychosocial, psycho-emotional and ergonomic work environment risks. It has been concluded that the performance of pharmacists is changing according to the impact of work environment risks. At the end of the thesis, conclusions were made, and preventive measures and practical recommendations were developed to reduce the impact of work stress and ergonomic risks.
