Komandas darbs insulta pacientu aprūpē

Abstract

Insults tiek diagnosticēts 7-8% pаcientu ar neiropatoloģiju. Slimību raksturo smaga patoģenēze ar mirstību līdz 50% un invаliditāti līdz 80% pacientu.Insulta ārstēšanas panākumi ir atkarīgi no kvalitatīvas medicīniskās aprūpes siegšanas savlaicīguma. Insulta pacientu aprūpe ir labi organizēts un saskaņots ārstniecības personu komandas darbs, sākot no prehospitālā etapa, līdz pat pilnīgam vai daļējai atlabšanai. Kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir „Komandas darbs insulta pacientu aprūpē” ar mērķi izpētīt, komandas darbu un komandas dalībnieku savstarpēju sadarbību, aprūpējot insulta pacientus. Darbā izvirzīts sekojoš pētniecības jautājums: Kāda ir komandas dalībnieku savstarpējā sadarbība insulta pacientu aprūpē ? Pētniecības metode: Kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījumā piedalījās 8 respondenti, 3 māsas un 5 rehabilitācijas komandas speciālisti. Pētījuma gaitā tika noskaidrots, rehabilitācijas un aprūpes komandas katrs komandas loceklis veic pienākumus atbilstoši savai specialitātei un kompetencei, konsultējas, sadarbojas un sniedz atbalstu pārējiem komandas dalībniekiem. Katram speciālistam ir sev atbilstoši pienākumi, taču kopējais mērķis, katram speciālistam savstarpēji sadarbojoties, ir novērst iespējamās komplikācijas, veicināt pacienta pašaprūpes atjaunošanos, neatkarības līmeni . A stroke is diagnosed in 7-8% of patients with neuropathology. Disease is characterised by severe pathogenesis with up to mortality 50% and disability to 80% of patients. The success of stroke treatment depends on thetimelainess of the provision of quality medical care.The care of stroke patients is a well organised and coherent work of the treatment team from the pre-hospital stage to a complete partial recovery. The theme of the qualification is "Team work in the care of patients with stroke" with the aim of exploring,teamwork and co-operation between team members in caring for stroke patients. The following research question has been raised : What is the relationship between team members in the care of stroke patients? Research Method: Qualitative Research Method - Semi-structured Interview. The study involved 8 respondents, 3 nurses and 5 rehab team specialists. In the course of the study ,the rehabilitation and care team,each team member performs duties according to his/her specialty and competency,consults,cooperates and provides support to the rest of the team. Each expert has a duty of responsibility,but the overall aim of the cooperation between each expert is to prevent possible complications,to promote the recovery of the patient’s self-care and the level of indеpendence.
