Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir “Personāla speciālista trūkums un personāla speciālista amata vietas iespējas uzņēmumā SORMA ”. Autores darba mērķis pētīt personāla speciālista nozīmi uzņēmuma darbā, lai izvērtētu personāla speciālista amata nepieciešamību ceļu būves uzņēmumā “SORMA”. Kvalifikācijas darbs ir veidots no ievada, četrām nodaļām un nobeiguma.
