2-3 gadus vecu bērnu adaptācija pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Darba autore ir Inese Jurjāne. Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: 2-3 gadus vecu bērnu adaptācija pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Kvalifikācijas darba vadītāja ir Mg. paed. Rasma Purmale. Darba mērķis ir pētīt teorētiskās atziņas par veiksmīgas adaptācijas nosacījumiem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē un pārbaudīt praksē 2-3 gadus vecu bērnu adaptāciju. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no ievada, divām darba daļām un 8 apakšdaļām, 10 attēli, 1 tabula secinājumi, 46 izmantoto literatūras avotu, 5 pielikumi. Kopējais darba apjoms 51 lappuses. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir teorētiski analizēta adaptācijas jēdziena būtība un tā aspekti, veikts 2-3 gadus vecu bērnu un pirmsskolas izglītības vides raksturojums, kā arī analizēts tika vecāku pirmsskolas pedagoga nozīmība adaptācijas procesā. Darba empīriskajā daļā ir izstrādāta pētījuma metodoloģija, kas balstās uz teorētiskajā darba daļā izvirzītajiem kritērijiem un balstoties uz kuriem notiek vecāku anketēšana un pedagogu intervēšana. Šajā darba daļā darba autore veic pedagoģiskās darbības pozitīvas adaptācijas sekmēšanai. Pētījuma mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantotas tādas metodes, kā teorētiskās (pedagoģiskās un psiholoģiskās literatūras analīze) un praktiskās (pedagoģiskais novērojums, sarunas ar vecākiem un pedagogiem, anketēšana, intervijas). Ar pētījuma metožu starpniecību tika gūts apstiprinājums uzstādītajai hipotēzei: pedagogam balstoties uz iegūtajām zināšanām, veicot pedagoģiskas darbības un sadarbojoties ar vecākiem ir kā priekšnosacījums veiksmīgai adaptācijai. The author of the work is Inese Jurjane. Subject of the qualification work: adaptation of 2-3-year-old children in preschool education institution. The head of the qualification job is M.Ed. Rasma Purmale. The aim of the work is to study theoretical lessons about the conditions for successful adaptation in preschool education institution and to test the adaptation of 2-3-year-old children in practice. The qualification work consists of introduction, two parts and 8 subsections, 10 images, 1 table, conclusions, 46 sources of literature are used and 5 annexes. Total work volume is 51 pages. The theoretical part of the work consists of theoretical analysis of the nature and aspects of the concept of adaptation, a description of the environment of 2-3-year-olds and preschool education institution, and an analysis of the relevance of the parent and preschool teacher role in the adaptation process. In the empirical part of the work author has developed a study methodology based on the criteria set out in the theoretical part of the work and based on parental questionnaire survey and interview of teachers. In this part of the work, the author works on pedagogical activities to promote positive adaptation. Methods such as theoretical (pedagogical and psychological analysis of the literature) and practical (pedagogical observation, conversations with parents and educators, questionnaires, interviews) were used to achieve the objective of the study. The study hypothesis suggests that children will be successful in adapting to preschool if: o the pre-school educator will know the conditions for successful adaptation; o an environment and daily rhythms in line with child's needs will be created; o there will be a educator’s cooperation with the family. Through the methods of the study, approval was obtained for the hypothesis put forward. For the teacher, based on the knowledge gained, teaching and working with parents is a prerequisite for successful adaptation. Creating an appropriate environment and following the daily agenda promotes child’s faster adaptation. Key words: adaptation, adaptation types, adaptation process, preschool environment.
