5-6 gadīgu bērnu izpratnes par veselīgu dzīvesveidu veicināšana pedagoģiskajā procesā

Abstract

Darba autors: Sindija Bugakova. Darba nosaukums: 5 – 6 gadīgu bērnu izpratnes par veselīgu dzīvesveidu veicināšana pedagoģiskajā procesā. Ikviena cilvēkam, kurš vēlās būt vesels un izmantot dzīves daudzveidīgās iespējas, ir jāgrib ievērot veselīga dzīvesveida principus un jādara tas sistemātiski, tātad, šo principu ievērošanai jākļūst par paradumu un paradumi vislabāk veidojas bērnībā. Pētījuma mērķis - analizēt teorētiskās atziņas un pētīt 5 – 6 gadīgu bērnu izpratni par veselīga dzīvesveida veicināšanu pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Lai saniegtu darba mēŗķi, teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta literatūra par veselību, veselīgu dzīvesveidu un tā principiem, 5 – 6 gadīgu bērnu attīstības likumsakarībām, iespējām veicināt izpratni par veselīgu dzīvesveidu pirmsskolā un pētnieciskajā daļā, atlasot veselīga dzīvesveida vērtēšanas kritērijus un izstrādājot to līmeņus, bērniem tika vadītas dažādas aktivitātes, veikti novērojumi, analizēta, vērtēta un salīdzināta bērnu pieredze, izpratne, zināšanas un paradumi par veselīgu dzīvesveidu pirmsskolā. No pētījumā iegūtajiem datiem, var secināt, ka mērķtiecīgi vēršot uzmanību veselīga dzīvesveida principu ievērošanai pirmsskolas ikdienas ritā, ir plašas iespējas veicināt bērnu izpratni par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Kvalifikācijas darba saturā ietilpst 56 lpp., 5 tabulas, 24 attēli, 43 bibliogrāfiskā saraksta vienības, 4 pielikumi. Any person, who wants to be healthy and take advantage of the many opportunities in life must want to follow the principles of a healthy lifestyle and do so in a systematic way, so these principles must become a habit and habits are best developed in childhood. Aim of the study – to analyze theoretical findings and to investigate the understanding of five to six year old children about healthy lifestyle promotion within pre-school pedagogical process. To achieve the goal of this study, the theoretical part analyzed literature on health, healthy lifestyle and it’s principles, regularities of development of 5 – 6 year old children, possibilities to promote understanding of healthy lifestyle in preschool. In the research part, while selecting and developing criteria for assessing healthy lifestyles, children were led through various activities while maintaining observations, analysis, evaluation and comparison of children’s experiences, understanding, knowledge and habits of healthy lifestyles in pre-school. From the findings of the study, it can be concluded, that purposefully focusing on the principles of healthy lifestyles in the daily routine of preschool has great potential for raising children’s awareness of a healthy lifestyle. The content pf the qualification paper includes 56 pages, 5 tables, 24 figures, 43 bibliographic list items, 4 appendices.
