Viedierīču un lietotņu izmantošana tūrismā.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Viedierīču un lietotņu izmantošana tūrismā”. Interneta un tehnoloģiju attīstības ietekme uz mūsdienu tūrisma produktiem un pakalpojumiem kļūst arvien lielāka, turklāt ir neizbēgama. Tūrisma interneta lietotņu skaits ir milzīgs. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot kādas tūrisma pakalpojumu lietotnes Latvijas un ārzemju ceļotāji izmanto cauri piecām ceļošanas fāzēm. Darba izstrādes gaitā autore pārliecinājās, ka ceļojuma fāzēs iecienītās lietotnes atšķiras. Izpētot ievākotos datus par latviešu un ārzemju ceļotāju izmantotajām tūrisma lietotnēm visās piecās ceļojuma fāzēs, autore secināja, ka ir lietotnes, kuras starp ceļotājiem ir pārliecinošāki iecienītākas kā citas un to ietekmē ne tikai ceļojuma fāzes īpatnības, bet arī ceļotāja personīgais profils.

The topic of this Bachelors thesis is “Smart device and app use in tourism”. The impact of technology and internet development on tourism has been growing rapidly during the last few years, moreover, this impact is inevitable. The number of tourism related apps is enormous. The goal of this thesis is to understand which apps are most used above Latvian and foreign travelers through five travel phases. Through development of this thesis, the author realized that depending on the travel phase, used apps differ. In the process of compiling data gathered about Latvian and foreign traveler preferred apps, author concluded that there are apps that are more popular than others and the preference is not only impacted by the peculiarities of travel phase, but also by travelers own personal profile.
