Urbānās tematikas fotoalbumu dizains

Abstract

Diplomdarba “Urbānās tematikas izdevumu dizains” tiek izpētīts, kādas ir urbānās tematikas fotoalbumu dizaina raksturīgākās iezīmes. Autore to panāca ar teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas izpēti. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika izpētīta urbānās vides attēlošanas vēsture- grafikā, glezniecībā, fotogrāfijā. Tika izpētītas arī urbānās vides fotogrāfijas uzņemšanas principi un fotoalbumu attīstības iespējas. Darba empīriskajā daļā autore izpētīja 16 dažādus urbānās vides fotoalbumus un secināja raksturīgākās iezīmes pēc 3 kritērijiem- vāka, iekšlapu dizains un izdevuma poligrāfiskā realizācija. Radošajā daļā tika izveidots fotoalbums par Rīgu ar nosaukumu “Šodien”, kuras mērķis ir parādīt pilsētu dažādos tās aspektos.

The thesis " Urban context photo album desgin" explores the characteristics of urban themed photo album design. The author achieved this by studying the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis investigates the history of depicting the urban environment - in graphics, painting, photography. The principles of urban photography and the development of photo albums were also explored. In the empirical part of the thesis, the author investigated 16 different photo albums of the urban environment and concluded the most characteristic features according to 3 criteria – cover, page design and polygraphic realization. In the creative section the author created a photo album about Riga called “Šodien” (”Today”), which aims to showcase the city in its many aspects.
