Māksla kā pasaules darināšanas veids Nelsona Gudmena filozofijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aizstāvēt tēzi par Nelsona Gudmena filozofijas vienotību. Darbā tiek argumentēts, ka estētikas teorija ir būtiska Gudmena filozofijas projekta daļa, kas ļauj ilustrēt viņa “tradicionālās” filozofijas idejas. Darbā aplūkotas Gudmena filozofijas pamatnostādnes, kā arī pasaules darināšanas jēdziens un estētikas teorija, argumentējot par labu holistiskai interpretācijai, kas ņem vērā šo elementu mijiedarbību.In this bachelor’s thesis the author aims to uphold the unity of Nelson Goodmen’s philosophy. The author argues that Goodman’s aesthetic theory is an important part of his philosophical project and illustrates ideas that pertain to his “traditional philosophy”. This thesis explores the main positions of Goodman’s philosophy, as well as the concept of worldmaking and his aesthetic theory. The author argues for a holistic interpretation, which takes into account the interaction of these elements.
