Abstract

Promocijas darba "Svešu un viltotu maksājumu karšu izmeklēšana: teorētiskie un metodiskie aspekti" centrālais izpētes objekts ir divpusīgs, kuru veido noziedzīgās darbības – svešu un viltotu maksājumu karšu izmantošanas mehānisms un šāda noziedzīgu nodarījumu veida izmeklēšanas mehānisms. Uz minēto objektu likumsakarību izzināšanas rezultātu pamata autors piedāvā konkrētus ieteikumus svešu un viltotu maksājumu karšu izmantošanas izmeklēšanai. On the basis of the results of finding out the regularities of the mentioned subjects, the author proposes specific recommendations for investigating the use of another person’s and counterfeit payment cards.
