Abstract

Diplomdarba temats: Sociālo zinību skolotāja darbība mobinga mazināšanai mācību stundu ietvaros pusaudžiem. Mērķis: Teorētiski izzināt un praktiski izpētīt sociālo zinību skolotāja darbības iespējas mobinga mazināšanai pusaudžiem. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta psiholoģiskā un pedagoģiskā literatūra par mobinga jēdzienu, veidiem, cēloņiem un sekām. Ņemot vērā pusaudžu psiholoģisko raksturojumu, izstrādāti paņēmieni efektīvākai mobinga mazināšanai sociālo zinību mācību stundu ietvaros. Pedagoga personība mobinga novēršanā un sadarbība ar atbalsta komandu. Pētītas mobinga izpausmes un sociālo zinību skolotāja darbības iespējas mobinga mazināšanai. Izvērtēti un apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti. Izstrādāti izvērsti mācību stundu plāni mobinga mazināšanai pusaudžu vidū sociālo zinību stundu ietvaros. Empīriskajā daļā veikts pētījums par sociālo zinību skolotāja iespējām mobinga mazināšanā. Veikta pedagoģiskā novērošana un izstrādāto mācību stundu plānu realizēšana mācību stundu ietvaros.

The theme of the diploma work: The activity of a Social Science teacher to reduce mobbing for teenagers during lessons. The aim: to find out theoretically and study practically the possibilities of Social Science teacher to reduce mobbing for teenagers There is analyzed the psychological and pedagogical literature about the concept , types, causes and consequences of mobbing in the theoretical part. According to the account of the psychological characteristics of adolescents, methods have been developed for more effective reduction of mobbing within Social Science lessons. Teacher’s personality in prevention of mobbing and cooperation with the support team. There have been studied the manifestations of mobbing and possibilities of Social Science teacher’s activity for reducing the mobbing. The results of the research work are evaluated and summarized. There have been developed detailed lesson plans to reduce mobbing among teenagers within Social studies lessons. There is carried out the possibilities of a Social Studies teacher to reduce mobbing in the empirical part. There have been performed pedagogical observation and realisation of the developed lesson plans within the lessons.
