Abstract
Bakalaura darba ietvaros autors pētīja un analizēja SIA “Allnex Latvia” biznesa centra darbību un konkurētspēju attiecībā pret citiem biznesa centriem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt cik konkurētspējīgs ir biznesa centrs “Allnex Latvia” un izstrādāt ieteikumus kā uzlabot konkurētspēju. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika analizēts biznesa centrs “Allnex Latvia” un tiešie konkurenti. Lai noteiktu centru darbības efektivitāti, tika pielietotas CPM – konkurentu novērtēšanas matrica, M. Portera piecu spēku modelis, SVID un ekspertu viedokļa analīze. Pēc iegūtajiem secinājumiem autors secina, ka biznesa centra “Allnex Latvia” spēcīgā puse ir labi kvalificētie un motivētie darbinieki, tomēr, lai nākotnē spētu konkurēt ar citiem biznesa centriem, “Allnex Latvia” nepieciešams veicināt automatizācijas un robotizācijas procesu ieviešanu. Within the framwork of the bachelor thesis the author researched and analyzed the operation and competitiveness of LLC “Allnex Latvia” business center in relation to other business centers. The aim of bachelor thesis is to determine how competitive is business center “Allnex Latvia” and develop recommendations on how to improve competitiveness. Within the framwork of research, author analyzed business center “Allnex Latvia” and direct competitors. In order to determinde the effeciency of the centers, author used CPM matrix, M. Porter five power model, SVID and expert opinion analysis. According to the obtained conclusions, the author concludes that the strong side of business center “Allnex Latvia” is well qualified and motivated employees, however, in order to be able to compete with other business centers in future, “Allnex Latvia” needs to implement automationa and robotic processes.
