Projekts: Uzņēmuma SIA "SanStore" izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Projekts: Uzņēmuma SIA “SanStore” izveidošana” ir izstrādāts biznesa plāns jauna uzņēmuma izveidei Rēzeknē. Projekta ideja ir radīt sieviešu apģērbu veikalu Rēzeknē, kas piedāvās arī šūšanas pakalpojumus. Idejas inovitāte tiek pamatota ar to, ka SIA “SanStore” vienlaicīgi piedāvā iegādāties gan vienkāršus apģērbus, apavus, aksesuārus no vairumtirdzniecības bāzēm, gan arī unikālus Latvijā ražotus apģērbus. Papildus uzņēmums pieņems individuālos pasūtījumus un veiks šūšanas pakalpojumus. Šāda ideja radās, jo vienai no SIA “SanStore” dibinātājām šūšana ir kā hobijs, viņa brīvajā laikā šuj dažādus apģērbus sev, savai ģimenei un paziņām, tāpēc veikalā būtu pieejams arī oriģināls, līdz šim neredzēts apģērbs. SIA “SanStore” tiktu piedāvāts augstas kvalitātes apģērbs par salīdzinoši zemām cenām, jo lielākajā daļā apģērbu veikalu, kas atrodas Rēzeknē ir ļoti augstas cenas, kas neatbilst apģērba kvalitātei. Realizējot šo projektu, Latvijā tiks radītas arī jaunas darba vietas, valsts budžetā tiks maksāti nodokļi, tiks palielināts iekšzemes kopprodukts, kā arī tiks piedāvāts citādāks apģērbu klāsts Rēzeknes iedzīvotājiem. Latgales reģionam ir ļoti svarīga jaunu darba vietu veidošana. Kaut arī darbinieku skaits uzņēmumā nebūs liels, tas ir nozīmīgs skaits mūsu reģionam, jo Latgalē ir salīdzinoši liels bezdarba līmenis. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 127 lappuses, kas sastāv no 7 nodaļām un 5 pielikumiem. Darbā ir iekļauti 18 attēli un 33 tabulas.

In the master's thesis “Project: Establishment of the company “SanStore” LTD“ a business plan for the establishment of a new company in Rēzekne has been developed. The idea of the project is to create a women’s clothing store in Rēzekne, which will also offer sewing services. The innovative part of the idea is based on the fact that “SanStore” LTD simultaneously offers to purchase simple clothes, shoes, accessories from wholesale bases, as well as unique clothes made in Latvia. In addition, the company will accept individual orders and offer sewing services. This idea came about, because one of the “SanStore” LTD founder’s hobby is sewing, she sews clothes for herself, her family and acquaintances, so the store would also offer original, unique clothing. “SanStore” LTD would offer high quality clothing at relatively low prices, because most clothing stores in Rēzekne offer clothes at high prices, that do not correspond to the quality of the clothing. The implemention of this project will create more jobs, taxes will be paid to the state budget, the gross domestic product will be increased, as well as different varieties of clothing will be offered to the residents of Rēzekne. New vacancies are very important the region of Latgale. Although the number of employees won’t be large, it still would be make a change, because Latgale has a relatively high unemployment rate. The volume of the master's thesis is 127 pages, which consists of 7 chapters and 5 additions. The work includes 18 pictures and 33 tables.
