Maģistra darbā autore analizē lietotājorientētu pieeju e-pakalpojumu portālā “Latvija.lv”, izvērtējot lietotāju pieredzi un to sniegto vērtējumu. Darbā tiek piedāvāts digitalizācijas nozīmes raksturojums un tās mijiedarbība ar lietotāju, iztirzāti lietotāju pieredzes nodrošināšanas modeļi un iekļaujošie elementi, kas sekmētu pozitīvāku pieredzes veidošanu. Atbilstoši pētījuma mērķim un pētnieciskajam plānam, maģistra darbā ir iekļauti vairāki empīriski informācijas ieguves dati un posmi. Izmantojot kvantitatīvas un kvalitatīvas pētniecības metodes, autore izvērtē lietotājorientētu pieeju e-pakalpojumu portālā “Latvija.lv”, izmantojot lietotāju pieredzes izpēti un vērtējumu par portāla darbību un sniegto pakalpojumu kvalitāti. Maģistra darbu noslēdz secinājumi, kas izriet no pētījuma, un priekšlikumi portāla darbības attīstībai. Darba pamatteksts izklāstīts 90 lappusēs. Tas sastāv no ievada, divām daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās, kurās ir ietvertas astoņas nodaļas, – secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Darbā ir iekļauti 17 attēli, sešas tabulas un trīs pielikumi. In the master's thesis, the author analyzes the user-oriented approach in the e-services portal “Latvija.lv”, evaluating the user experience and their evaluation about it. The paper offers a brief description of the importance of digitalization in public administration and its interaction with the user, it discusses the models of providing user experience and inclusive elements that would promote the creation of a more positive experience. According to the aim of the research and the research plan, the master's thesis includes several empirical information acquisition data and stages. Using quantitative and qualitative research methods, the author evaluates the user-oriented approach in the e-services portal “Latvija.lv”, using research of user experience and evaluation of the portal's operation and the quality of services provided. The master's thesis concludes with the conclusions arising from the research and proposals for the development of the portal. The thesis is presented on 90 pages. It consists of an introduction, two parts – theoretical and empirical, which includes eight chapters, – conclusions, proposals, a list of references and appendices. The work includes 17 figures, six tables and three appendices.
