Iekšējās komunikācijas ietekme uz pedagogu motivāciju darbam Mārupes Valsts ģimnāzijā

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis: pētīt iekšējās komunikācijas ietekmi uz pedagogu motivāciju darbam Mārupes Valsts ģimnāzijā. Darbā tika izmantotas 2 pētniecības metodes: kvantitatīvā (aptauja) un kvalitatīvā (intervijas). Teorētiskajā pamatojumā tika apskatītas motivācijas teorijas, kas iekļauj sevī dažādu teorētiķu (A. Maslovs, K. Alderfers, D. Makklelands u.c.) teorijas dažādos laikos un iekšējās komunikācijas teorijas (K. Šenons un V. Vīvers, Dž. Grunigs, Verghese u.c.) par sadarbību, līderību, un komunikācijas pamatiem. Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka iekšējā komunikācija pedagogu motivācijai ir ļoti būtisks aspekts, un Mārupes Valsts ģimnāzijā ir efektīva iekšējā komunikācija, tāpēc pedagogi ir motivēti darbam. Bachelor's work author: Inese Timofejeva. The subject of the bachelor's work is “The impact of internal communication on the motivation of teachers for work in Marupe State Gymnasium”. The aim of the paper is to study the impact of internal communication on the motivation of teachers in Marupe State Gymnasium. The work implements two research methods: quantitative (survey) and qualitative (interviews). The theoretical part studies motivation theories, which include theories from different authors (A.Maslov, K.Alderfers, D.Mckleland, etc.) as well as internal communication theories (K. Shannon and V.Weaver, J.Grunig, Verghese, etc.) on cooperation, leadership, and the basics of communication. The study identifies internal communication a crucial element for the motivation of teachers. Empirical part of paper reveals that Marupe State Gimasium has an effective internal communication that impacts motivation of teachers positively.
