Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Apsūdzība” mērķis ir izpētīt apsūdzības institūtu Latvijas un ārvalstu kriminālprocesa tiesībās, aplūkot ar apsūdzības kvalitāti un celšanas procesuālo brīdi saistītās problēmas, kā arī ieteikt to novēršanas iespējamos risinājumus. Apsūdzība savā ziņā tiek uzskatīta par tiesas sprieduma projektu, tāpēc apsūdzības būtība, apsūdzības celšanas procesuālais brīdis, apsūdzības satura nozīme un apsūdzības uzrādīšana kriminālprocesā ir ļoti būtiska. Bakalaura darbā tika analizēti normatīvie akti, krimināltiesību zinātnieku publikācijas, dažādu instanču tiesu nolēmumi un tiesu prakse. Pētījums varētu būt saistošs un interesants tiesību zinātnes pētniekiem, prokuroriem, tiesnešiem un citiem tiesību jomas interesentiem. The aim of the bachelor's thesis “Accusation” is to study the institute of prosecution in Latvian and foreign criminal procedure law, to look at the problems related to the quality of prosecution and the procedural moment of bringing it, as well as to suggest possible solutions. The accusation is in a sense considered a draft court judgment, so the nature of the accusation, the procedural moment of the accusation, the significance of the content of the accusation and the presentation of the accusation are very important in the criminal proceedings. The bachelor's thesis analyzed normative acts, publications of criminal law scholars, court rulings of various instances and court practices.
