Gulbenes novada domes reprezentācija reģionālajā laikrakstā “Dzirkstele” un pašvaldības informatīvajā izdevumā “Gulbenes Novada Ziņas” 2019. gadā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Gulbenes novada domes reprezentācija reģionālajā laikrakstā “Dzirkstele” un pašvaldības informatīvajā izdevumā “Gulbenes Novada Ziņas” 2019. gadā” Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā Gulbenes novada domes un pašvaldības reprezentācija atšķiras novadu aprakstošajos medijos: reģionālajā laikrakstā “Dzirkstele” un pašvaldības informatīvajā izdevumā “Gulbenes Novada Ziņas”. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aplūkota teorija par reprezentāciju un valodas nozīmi reprezentācijā, par plašsaziņas līdzekļu ētikas principiem, pašiem plašsaziņas līdzekļiem, laikrakstiem un reģionālo presi. Darbā izmantotās pētījuma metodes ir kontentanalīze, diskursa analīze un aptaujas metode. Bakalaura darbā veiktā kontentanalīze liecina par to, ka abos izdevumos, “Dzirkstelē” un “Gulbenes Novada Ziņās”, novada domes un pašvaldības reprezentācija ir lielākoties neitrāla, savukārt diskursa analīzes rezultāti parāda, ka reģionālais laikraksts “Dzirkstele” novada domi un pašvaldību reprezentē krietni negatīvāk.

The bachelor thesis is “The representation of local government of Gulbene in the regional newspaper “Dzirkstele” and in municipality informational news bulletin “Gulbenes Novada Ziņas” in 2019” The purpose was to find out how has representetd local government in both media – regional newspaper and municipality informational news bulletin in 2019 and how representation differs in the media. The theoretical base consists of representation and the role of language in representation, theory about mass media an mass media ethics, theory about newspapers and regional newspapers. The content analysis, discourse analysis and survey were used as research methods. The bachelor content analysis research confirms that in both “Dzirkstele” and “Gulbenes Novada Ziņas” the most local government is represented neutral, but the results of discourse analysis shows that mostly regional paper “Dzirkstele” represents local government in negative way.
