2-3 gadīgu bērnu soļošanas veidu apguves sekmēšana fiziskajās aktivitātēs

Abstract

Darba autore: Samanta Zepa Darba nosaukums: 2-3 gadīgu bērnu soļošanas veidu apguves sekmēšana fiziskajās aktivitātēs. Darba mērķis: analizēt teorētiskās atziņas un pētīt soļošanas veidu apguves sekmēšanas iespējas fiziskajās aktivitātēs. Pētījumam ir divas daļas. Pētījuma pirmajā daļā darba autore pēta fiziskās aktivitātes un kā tās var izmantot pirmsskolas dienas ritā, akcentējot to nozīmi 2-3 gadīgu bērnu attīstībā. Darbā analizē bērnu attīstību, 2-3 gadu vecumā, dažādu latviešu un ārzemju autoru skatījumā, kā arī darbā apskata dažādus soļošanas veidus un to sekmēšanu fiziskajās aktivitātēs. Literatūras izpētes pamatā izmantoti I. Bulas-Bitenieces, R. Karlovskas, R. Jansones, A. Fernātes, B. Brices, A. Valtnera, V. Krauksta darbi un pirmsskolas mācību programma. Darbā apskata dažādus soļošanas veidus un to sekmēšanu fiziskajās aktivitātēs. Darba otrajā daļā aprakstīts veiktais pētījums, pamatojoties uz izvirzīto hipotēzi. Kritēriji izveidoti atbilstoši pirmsskolas izglītības programmai un pielāgoti vecumposmam. Otrās daļas beigās darba autore atspoguļo iegūtos rezultātus, izdarītos secinājumus un izvirza priekšlikumus pedagogiem un bērnu vecākiem. Pētījuma beigās tiek secināts, ka pētījuma sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze patiešām ir apstiprinājusies. Soļošanas veidu apguvi 2-3 gadu veciem bērniem var sekmēt, ja skolotāja mērķtiecīgi atlasa un piedāvā bērniem dažādas fiziskās aktivitātes. Darbs sastāv no: 54 lapaspusēm, 22 attēliem, 3 tabulām, 42 izmantotās literatūras avotiem un 2 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: fiziskās aktivitātes, bērnu attīstība, 2-3 gadīgi bērni.

The aim of the study: theoretically analyze and practically study the walking promotions in physical activities. The study has 2 parts. In the first part of the study, the author studies physical activities and how they can be used in kindergarten, highlighting their role in the development of 2-3-year-olds. The work analyses the development of children, aged 2-3, the views of different Latvian and foreign authors, as well as the work looks at different types of walking and promoting them in physical activities. Literature research is based on I. Bula-Biteniece, R. Karlovska, R. Jansone, A. Fernāte, B. Brice, A. Valtneris, V. Krauksts works, pre-school educational curriculum program. The work examines the different types of walking and their promotion in physical activity. The second part of the job describes the study performed on the basis of the hypothesis. The criteria have been established according to the pre-primary education programme and have been adapted to the age stage. At the end of the second part, the author of the work shall reflect the results obtained, the conclusions reached and make proposals for educators and parents of children. At the end of the study, it is concluded that the hypothesis has indeed been confirmed. The learning of walking patterns for 2-3 year olds can be encouraged if the teacher targets and offers children a variety of physical activities. The work consists of: 54 pages, 22 images, 3 tables, 42 literature sources and 2 attachments. Key words: physical activities, child development, child of 2-3 year.
