Sadarbības prasmju veicināšana 3-4 g. veciem bērniem pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats „Sadarbības prasmju veicināšana 3-4 g. veciem bērniem pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu sadarbības prasmju sekmēšanas iespējas. Bakalaura darbā tika analizētas pedagogu un psihologu atziņas par sadarbību, tās būtību, funkcijām, kā bērnu sadarbības sekmētāju. Bakalaura darbs satāv no divām daļām teorētiskās un empīriskās. Pirmā daļā tika apskatīts sadarbības jēdziens, tā skaidrojums, jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu attīstības raksturojums un vecāku sadarbība ar pirmsskolas iestādi. Bakalaura darba empīriskajā daļā tik novēroti jaunāka pirmsskolas vecumposma bērni, ar anketēšanas metodi aptaujāti vecāki un pedagogi, tika noskaidrots sadarbības prasmju līmenis 19 jaunākā vecuma bērniem, kā arī tika izstrādāti ieteikumi pirmsskolas pedagogiem bērnu sadarbības prasmju veicināšanai. Pētīti „X” pirmsskolas jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērni un aptaujatī vecāki un 30 pedagogi no dažādām pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēm. Empīriskajā daļā pētījuma laikā ar novērošanas metodi tika noskaidrota situācija par jaunākā vecuma bērnu sadarbību kopumā. Apkopojot teorētiskos avotus un empīriskā pētījuma gūtās atziņas, tika izstrādāti ieteikumi pirmsskolas izglītības pedagogiem jaunākā vecuma bērnu sadarbības prasmju pilnveidei. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 49 lapaspusēm, 12 attēliem, 5 tabulām un 31 literatūras avota, pedagogiem un vecākiem ieteikumiem, secinājumiem, 2 pielikumiem. Thesis title: Promotion of cooperation skills for 3-4 year old children in the pre-school pedagogical process The aim of the work is to explore the possible ways of encouraging the development of collaboration skills in younger pre-school children. An analysis of educational and psychological works on collaboration has been carried out and its function as a facilitator of collaboration in young children has been considered. This thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical. First part reviews the concept of collaboration and its definition, the development characteristics of younger pre-schoolers and the cooperation of the parents with the preschool institution. In the following (empirical) part observations of younger preschool aged children are presented, results of the survey of teachers and parents are discussed, collaboration skill level for 19 younger pre-school children has been established and recommendations for preschool educators for furthering children’s collaboration skills have been developed. “X” preschool’s younger pre-school aged children have been observed, and parents and 30 educators from several various pre-school educational institutions have been surveyed. In the empirical part of the study, the various instances of cooperation in young children that were observed throughout the study are outlined. With the use of theoretical sources and the empirical study outcomes, recommendations for preschool educators have been developed on the subject of developing and improving collaboration skills in younger pre-school children. The thesis consists of 49 pages, 12 figures, 5 tables and 31 cited works, recommendations for educators and parents, conclusions and 2 appendices.
