Vispārējās pamatizglītības iestādes vadītāja loma efektīvā informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju izmantošanā izglītības darbā

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai pedagogu izpratni par IKT pielietošanas nozīmi izglītībā, lai īstenotu to kvalitatīvi un atbilstoši mūsdienām, ietekmē vispārējās pamatizglītības iestādes vadības loma IKT ieviešanā un izmantošanā izglītības iestādē. Pētījuma problēma ir aktuāla, jo vispārējās pasaules attīstības tendences nosaka to, ka IKT izglītībā vairs nav tikai rekomendējoša, bet nepieciešama, lai sagatavotu paaudzi, kas atbilst mūsdienu darba tirgus prasībām, tāpēc izglītības iestādes vadītāja loma ir kļuvusi par noteicošo, lai izstrādātu tādu IKT lietošanas stratēģiju, kas efektīvi īstenotu izglītības procesu un padarīto to pieejamu visiem izglītojamiem. Iegūtie rezultāti pierāda, ka, ja vispārējās pamatizglītības iestādes vadītājs ir kompetents teorētiskā un praktiskā IKT ieviešanā un izmantošanā iestādē, tad iestādes pedagogiem ir efektīvākas zināšanas un izpratne par IKT pielietojuma nozīmi kvalitatīvas izglītības īstenošanā.

The aim of the study is to find out whether teachers' understanding of the importance of the use of ICT in education to implement it qualitatively and in accordance with today, is influenced by the role of general primary education institution management in the implementation and use of ICT in the institution. The problem of the research is topical because the general world development trends determine that ICT in education is no longer only recommendatory, but necessary to prepare a generation that meets the requirements of today's labor market. According to that the role of the educational institution has become decisive to develop a strategy that effectively implements the educational process and makes it accessible to all learners. The obtained results prove that if the head of a general primary education institution is competent in the theoretical and practical implementation and use of ICT in the institution, then the institution's teachers have more effective knowledge and understanding of the importance of ICT use in the implementation of quality education.
