Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Apmierinātības ar darbu novērtējums un pilnveides iespējas SIA Latvijas Mobilais Telefons”. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt darbinieku apmierinātības ar darbu ietekmējošos, kavējošos faktorus uzņēmumā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidei. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā darba autore pēta apmierinātības ar darbu ietekmējošos faktorus, kuri veicina vai kavē apmierinātību ar darbu. Otrajā nodaļā darba autore pēta un raksturo uzņēmumu, tā darbību. Trešajā nodaļā darba autore veic aptaujas rezultātu apkopojumu un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, un pētīto teorētisko literatūru, izstrādā priekšlikumus apmierinātībās veicināšanai. Darba apjoms ir 68 lapaspuses, kuras ietver 22 attēlus, literatūras un avotu sarakstu, kas sastāv no avotiem 39.
