Latvijas darba tirgus analīze

Abstract

Darbs “ Latvijas darba tirgus analīze” aplūko darba tirgus situāciju Latvijā kopumā no 1990.-2020. gadam. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt darbaspēka pieprasījumu un piedāvājumu ietekmējošus faktorus un to attīstības tendences. Darbā izmantotie statistiskie dati pētīti ar dažādam metodēm. Pēdējos gados Latvijas darba tirgū vērojami neiepriecinošie demogrāfiskie procesi - iedzīvotāju skaita dabiskā samazināšanās, sabiedrības novecošanās, kā arī emigrācija, kas negatīvi ietekmē darbaspēka piedāvājumu, kad visās tautsaimniecības nozarēs vērojams darbaspēka pieprasījuma pieaugums. Vienlaicīgi uz demogrāfiskās slodzes pieauguma fona, iedzīvotāju vidū pieaug personu skaits ar augstāko izglītību, ka arī to personu īpatsvars, kas iesaistās pieaugušo izglītībā.

The thesis Analysis of Labour Market in Latvia evaluates the labour market in Latvia from 1990 until 2020. The aim of this thesis is to study factors affecting supply and demand of the workforce along with trends in development of these factors. Statistical data included in this thesis have been analysed using various methods. Over the years, the state of the labour market in Latvia has been affected by existing unfavourable demographic processes, such as population decline, aging population and emigration. These processes have had a negative impact on the supply of workforce leading to an increase in demand across all economic sectors. Along with growth of the dependency ratio, there is a tendency towards an increase in the number of individuals with higher education and a higher proportion of individuals involved in adult learning and education.
