Slimnīcas sociālā darbinieka funkcijas un lomas pacientu izrakstīšanas procesā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Slimnīcas sociālā darbinieka funkcijas un lomas pacientu izrakstīšanas procesā”. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt slimnīcas sociālā darbinieka funkcijas un lomas pacienta izrakstīšanas procesā un viņa sadarbība ar dažādiem profesionāļiem. Pētījuma teorētiskā bāze balstās uz sistēmu teoriju un ekoloģisko teoriju slimnīcas sociālā darba kontekstā. Kvalitatīvā pētījuma analīzei izmantots pamatotās teorijas pētījuma dizains, kurā datu kā datu vākšanas metode izmantotas daļēji strukturētas telefonintervijas ar 10 dažāda līmeņa slimnīcu sociālajiem darbiniekiem. Pētījuma empīriskās daļā tiek veikta interviju analīze izmantojot nepārtraukto salīdzinošo datu analīzi. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka slimnīcas sociālie darbinieki pacienta izrakstīšanas procesā veic novērtēšanas, starpniecības, kompensējošo un aizsargājošo funkciju, un ar funkciju darbību saistītās starpnieka, brokera, konsultanta, padomdevēja, atbalsta personas, advokāta un sadarbības partnera lomas, lai nodrošinātu izrakstīšanas procesa galveno uzdevumu – nodrošināt pacientam drošu vidi un piemērotu aprūpi pēc slimnīcas.

The topic of the master's thesis is "Functions and roles of a hospital social worker during the patient discharge process." The aim of the thesis is to analyse the functions and roles of a hospital social worker during the patient discharge process, as well as cooperation with various professionals. The theoretical part of the research is based on systems theory and ecological theory in the context of hospital social work. For the analysis of the qualitative research, the design of the grounded theory research is used, in which semi-structured telephone interviews with 10 social workers from hospitals of different levels are used as a data collection method. In the empirical part of the research, the analysis of interviews is performed using the continuous analysis of comparative data. The results of the study reveal that hospital social workers perform evaluation, mediation, compensatory and protective functions during the patient discharge process, and the roles of a mediator, broker, consultant, advisor, support person, lawyer and co-operation partner to ensure the main task of the discharge process - to provide the patient with a safe environment and appropriate care after being discharged.
