Karjeras izglītibas organizācija vispārizglītojošajā vidusskolā

Abstract

Pētījuma aktualitāte izriet no vajadzības pētīt, cik veiksmīgi indivīds var iekļauties daudz kultūru sabiedrībā un pašīstenoties un kā to var nodrošināt izglītības procesā. Pētījuma priekšmets ir karjeras izglītība vispārizglītojošajā vidusskolā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izstrādāt teorētiski pamatotu karjeras izglītības modeli un to empīriski pārbaudīt vispārizglītojošās skolas x klasēs. Teorētiskā darba daļā analizēti psiholoģu-pedagoģiskā literatūrā, zinātniskie raksti un darbi karjeras izglītības un tās organizācijas problēmas. Tiek raksturotas dažādu autoru atziņas par karjeras izglītību, karjeras attīstību, par skolēnu profesijas izvēles grūtībām. Aprakstītas metodes un darbi karjeras izglītības procesā. Pētniecības darba daļā tiek aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes, ka arī raksturota pētījuma bāze. Apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti, veikta to salīdzinošā analīze. Pētījuma laikā tika pārbaudīta hipotēze, kas izriet no teorijām, proti, karjeras izglītības organizācija notiks mērķtiecīgi, ja tiek skolēnam ir īstenota pamatota attieksme pret karjeras izvēli un tiek īstenota izglītojoša un radoša pieeja skolēnu darbībai, lai motivētu pašrealizāciju karjeras izvēlē. The relevance of the Paper stems from the need to study how successfully an individual can integrate into a multicultural society and self-realization and how this can be ensured in the educational process. The subject of the Master’ s Paper is a career education in a general secondary school. The Aim of the Paper: to work out the model of the career education based on a theory of this field and to study its results in the empirical part using Riga secondary school X classes. The Paper includes two chapters- theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part focuses on the analyses of psychological and pedagogical literature, research papers, the career’s education work and its organisational problems. Quotes about the career education of some author’s, the development of the career, students’ difficulties of choosing educational career have been researched. The author of the Master’ s Paper has been describing methods and activities of the career education process. Methods or the research as well as the research base have been included and analysed in the empirical part. The research results have been described and the comparison analysis has been done by the author of the Paper. During the research the hypothesis derived from the theories has been tested, namely, organisation of the career education will happen purposefully, if a reasonable attitude to the career choice will be implemented to the student and is implemented educational and creative approach to the students’ activities to motivate self- realisation.
