Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Datortomogrāfijas protokola nozīmīgums politraumu gadījumā un kā protokols pilnveidojies līdz mūsdienām" tā ir aktuāla tēma samērā bieži sastopamu negadījumu dēļ ar sekojošām politraumām. Latvijā vecumā no 1 līdz 44 gadiem biežākais nāves iemesls ir traumas, bet kopumā tas ir trešais biežākais nāves iemesls aiz aterosklerozes un onkoloģiskajām slimībām. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no zinātniskās literatūras analīzes par Datortomogrāfijas protokola nozīmīgumu politraumu gadījumā un kā protokols pilnveidojies līdz mūsdienām. Darbā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode. Hipotēze - pareizi pielietots politraumas protokols ļauj ātrāk un precīzāk noteikt diagnozi politraumas pacientiem. Darba uzdevumi - analizēt literatūru par politraumas protokoliem, protokolu attīstību un vēsturi, kā arī par pacienta pozicionēšanu politraumas laikā datortomogrāfijā. Darbu veido 10 nodaļas un 13 apakšnodaļas. Darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, Lappušu skaits kopā - 35 lpp. Izmantotie informācijas avoti - 24.

" The importance of computed tomography protocol in the case of polytrauma and how the protocol has advanced contemporary " is a topical issue for patients with polytrauma. Between the ages of 1 and 44, the most common cause of death is trauma, but overall, it is the third most common cause. The aim of the study consists of an analysis of the scientific literature on significance of polytrauma protocol in computed tomography and to find out how the protocol changed over the years. The qualitative research method was used. Tasks - to analyze the literature on polytrauma protocols, protocol development and history, as well as on patient positioning during polytrauma in CT. The bachelor's thesis consists of 10 chapters and 13 subsections. The thesis is written in Latvian, the total number of pages - 35 pages. Sources of information used - 24.
